23 February 08: Match Day @ Singapore Poly

Hiya ppl,

Back at Kismis news. Well seems like we are still hitting those high number of players lately. Prompting us that players control have to be seriously considered. It started well as a 'open house' a few months ago, aimed at bringing in new life into the team but it seems like as we prodeed onwards, we are straying off the main course. 'Open house' seems more like a funfair now.

After months of 'busy' weekends and flux of in-out players, this drive only see 2-3 possible new entrees (Players who are regular, committed and 'had some-what fitted into the team'). So is the whole drive worth all the effort? Or are we merely finding numbers to play? I am not sure if our current Kismis players really enjoy this 'overflow' week-in week-out or they would rather see the 'recruitment' come to end up soon so that we can get back to regular Kismis soccer again. Feedback i'd got from players are "Kismis no longer like last time, now everyone change le." "Sat soccer need me to come?" "Are we going for competitions?" You be the judge.

Is it time we start replying them liao? When will the dust settle?

The effort to 'prepare' the team for further plans like competitions and activities will have to be shelved again if we couldnt find the balance and basic of providing for our current players. The big question of "Are you willing to join us in Kismis United?" have not been asked yet but when can we pop that out? When will 'open house' end? We cant move to stage two.

I wish to finalise the team soon as i have plans ahead for everyone. Whether it's soccer or non-soccer related, i do have the lobangs waiting for Kismis but selfishly i will only share this with true Kismis players only. As i'd always said, priority should ALWAYS be given to Kismis players at all time.

Do give more feedback/suggestions on the tagboard of how you feel. Dnt juz say "I m coming" and thats it... Everyone wanna hear about each other's thoughts.

Remarks: Balls are with Jackson. Sub-leaders please confirm your number of ppl wif me IMMEDIATELY. Un-informed ppl will not be entertained & priority is given to KISMIS UTD players at all times. Soccer game will automatically be cancelled if rain havent stop by 8am that day...
